The Ryukin Goldfish is considered to be a mutation of the Wakin Goldfish, and takes its name from the Ryuku Islands through which it first arrived in Japan.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRyukin Goldfish have a thick body and their pointed heads sit beneath a distinctive hump to create a shape that stands out among other Goldfish. Their richly-coloured scales range from red through to red and white, and they have long flowing fins that complement their round bodies.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRyukin Goldfish are generally calm and peaceful tankmates and do well in groups, but can become dominant or aggressive when paired with weaker, slower fish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe recommend feeding your Ryukin Goldfish Pellets or Flakes.
