Always very easy to deal with I don’t buy a lot these days because I’m working and I have not home to feed the fish but I’ve tried these worms to see how they go to grow some food so the fish can feed themselves. Maybe see what happens thank you.

Before we heard of Fish Farm we would just go to our local Aquarium where mostly knowledge was very limited on both Fish & Plants 🥹however Lisa is amazing and after purchasing now over a few months we are extremely satisfied both with information and also if being in Melbourne we order on a Sunday our Plant and Fish delivery arrives fresh and well packaged by Tuesday 🤘🏽

I absolutely love all of the 20 or so fish I’ve ordered, I’m that impressed I’ve ordered more today.
They come healthy and excellently packaged, overnight. I will always order my fish from the fish farm now. And Lisa was exceptionally helpful when I had trouble ordering on line. 6am I sent a text and I had a reply within minutes. I sure wasn’t expecting that quickly at that hour of the morning. It all meant my fish were in the post by 10am that morning.
I was beside myself with joy, especially since I had internet trouble and didn’t think I’d make the days order.

Each fish was carefully transported into its own blue water plastic bag - with detailed info on how to introduce them to a tank. We have just set up a new tank and ordered our fish on-line from The Fish Farm. They were delivered within a couple of days and the packaging was excellent. We had some problems with dead fish and this was rectified straight away with a refund or credit towards another order. We can't fault the overall service.
