Refund policyTheFishFarm.com.au takes every precaution to ensure your Live Aquarium Fish reach you in top condition. They are carefully packaged and priority shipped. We cannot accept Refunds due to change of mind, or due to non-compatibility discovered after purchase.
If your fish are dead on arrival, or have suffered greatly during transit, please take photos and contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or text or phone Lisa on 0409 337418 with photos. We will always replace unsatisfactory items wherever possible. There is no need to return ship dead items.
Most of our shipping for fish is carried out on Monday - Wednesday, depending on your area. This also allows at least 2 days after sending for the items to arrive, and if they are returned to a depot or Post Office, there is adequate time to collect the items before the weekend.
We have found that it is preferable to put an Authority to leave in a safe place on all parcels. This ensures that packages spend as little time as possible going back and forth from depots if the customer is not home.
