Shipping policy
We send parcels on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.(Excluding Public Holidays) We aim to send your products as soon as possible via Priority Courier Shipping.
The couriers prefer an actual street address rather than Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes please.
In general, we only send parcels on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.
Orders received before 8am on Wednesday will be shipped in the current week. Orders from Wednesday afternoon to Sunday afternoon go on Mondays and all orders as sent ASAP. I’m happy for you to email if you want to rush or slow down an order. Of course, this is just a guide & is subject to change occasionally.

Authority to Leave in a safe place notifications are placed on all parcels. Please let me know if you would prefer to have this removed. We have found that it is better that the items are delivered as soon as possible rather than being taken back to depots.
All of our items are shipped via registered Couriers, StarTrack or DirectFreight, so whilst we pass on and accommodate for Special Delivery Requirements for customers, we cannot guarantee that these will be followed upon delivery.
Live Fish are carefully packed and shipped and will last for days in their boxes.
thefishfarm.com.au cannot ship Live Fish products to Western Australia, Tasmania or the Northern Territory due to Biosecurity restrictions. We will offer products to these states should this change in the future.

The over $150 Free Shipping promotion applies to all orders $150 and over regardless of items in cart. All items on the thefishfarm.com.au website are eligible for the Free Shipping promotion.
