Refund policy
thefishfarm.com.au takes every precaution to ensure your Live Aquarium Fish reach you in top condition. They are carefully packaged and priority shipped. We cannot accept Refunds due to change of mind, or due to non-compatibility discovered after purchase.
If your fish are dead on arrival, or have suffered greatly during transit, please take photos and contact us immediately via email at contact@thefishfarm.com.au or text or phone Lisa on 0409 337 418. We will always replace unsatisfactory items wherever possible. There is no need to return ship dead items.
All of our shipping for Live Fish is carried out on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, excluding Public Holidays. This also allows at least 2 days after sending for the items to arrive, and if they are returned to a depot or Post Office, there is adequate time to collect the items before the weekend.
Orders received before 8am on Wednesday will be shipped in the current week. Orders are sent in order of placement ASAP. I’m happy for you to email if you want to rush or slow down an order. Of course, this is just a guide & is subject to change occasionally.
In these difficult shipping times, we have found that it is preferable to put an Authority to leave in a safe place on all parcels. This ensures that packages spend as little time as possible going back and forth from depots if the customer is not home.
