They may also show aggression toward fish resembling other Bettas. However, they can coexist in a tropical community tank with larger, peaceful species such as Tetras, Catfish, and Rasboras. Additionally, many enthusiasts enjoy keeping groups of female Bettas, known as sororities, which display striking colours and create an appealing visual ensemble.
