Shipping policy

We send parcels on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. (Excluding Public Holidays) We send your products as soon as possible via Priority Courier Shipping.

The couriers prefer an actual street address rather than Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes please.

Orders received before 8am on Wednesday (QLD, NSW, ACT & VIC) 7:30am in SA will be shipped in the current week. All orders as sent ASAP.  Orders placed Wednesday to Sunday evening are shipped on Monday. I’m happy for you to email if you want to rush or slow down an order. Of course, this is just a guide & is subject to change occasionally at our discretion.

Authority to leave in a safe place notifications are placed on all parcels.

Please let me know if you would prefer to have this removed. We have found that it is better that the items are delivered as soon as possible rather than being taken back to depots.

All of our items are shipped via registered Couriers, StarTrack and Direct Freight, so whilst we can try to pass on and accommodate for Special Delivery Requirements for customers, we cannot guarantee that these will be followed upon delivery.

thefishfarm.com.au cannot ship live fish products to Western Australia, Tasmania or the Northern Territory due to Biosecurity restrictions. We will offer products to these states should this change in the future.

$10 shipping for all orders over $100
